These items are all ORGANIC, made fresh daily and will be just right for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. All items on the Café Menu will be available at the Café in downtown Charleston.
Catering Available
The Sprout specializes in creating vibrant, organic, healthy options for parties, meetings or gatherings. The Sprout can craft a single tray or do a full catering including fresh juices. There is no better gift than health. Know and trust you are choosing to raise the level of health for the people in your life! Notes: Pricing based on event. Also, consider bringing us your platter and we will fill it with whichever delightful foods you request!

Our goal is to honor the seasons, create delightful offerings and to tread lightly on the earth. Due to seasonal availability and our commitment to sustainable practices, we have set up our menu in two sections: The Café Menu which is always available in the “grab-and-go” cooler or to order. The Seasonal Specialty Menu which features local produce and seasonal items.
